Softlink Medical Solution Limited ("we", "us") operates this ClinicSolution CSX demonstration website. This policy explains how we handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong (the "Ordinance").
1. What we collect
The only personal data we collect through this website is what you choose to submit in the demo-booking form: your name, clinic name, contact number, email address and any message you include. The product demo itself runs entirely on sample data — nothing you type into the demo screens is transmitted or stored.
2. Purpose limitation
We use demo-booking data solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange the demonstration you requested and follow up on it. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent, in line with Data Protection Principle 3 of the Ordinance.
3. Retention
We keep demo-booking data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected — as a rule, no longer than twelve months after our last contact with you — after which it is securely deleted.
4. Data access and correction
Under the Ordinance you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, and to request correction of any data that is inaccurate. Requests may be made in writing to our Data Protection Officer at the contact details below; we respond within forty days as the Ordinance requires.
5. Cookies and analytics
This website uses only the essential cookies needed to remember your language and theme preferences. We run no third-party advertising trackers and no analytics beyond what is essential to operate the site.
