We've been behind Hong Kong's front desks for 20 years.
Softlink Medical has built clinic software in Hong Kong for two decades — the appointment books, queues and drug labels that keep private practice moving. In 2020 we were approved as a service provider under the government's D-Biz Programme, helping clinics go remote through the pandemic. Today, as part of Heals Healthcare, we are building the connected clinic: one system linking the front desk, the consult room, the pharmacy and the patient's own phone.
